The dissertation work takes course to studying of microcircular dysfunction in gingival at chronic parodontitis at the background of diabetes II type, finding and establishing of methods of complex pathogenic therapy CGP at these category of patients with the usage of medical composition "Diocincohim" and paste based on it. Microscopical and submicroscopical gingival changes, characterized for microangiopathology, were determined. The dynamics of structural rebuilding of vassels in the process of treatment was investigated. The information which, that approves the effectiveess of clinical using of "Diocincohim" and paste was got at clinical and morphological investigation. Medical composition "Diocincohim" is antiin-flamation agent, which promotes the process of reparation in parodontal tissues and improvement of microcircular processes in gingival at chronic parodontitis at the background of diabetes II type.
