The thesis provides complex research of conceptual bases of the financial providing of social sphere of Military Powers of Ukraine is conducted in the conditions of their transition on contract principle of completing. It analyses evolution processes of establishment of the financial providing of social sphere of military powers. Explanation for the essence and features of the financial providing of social sphere of the Ukrainian and foreign Armed Forces is given. It also provides theoretical explanation mechanism of functioning of the financial providing of social sphere in the cut of his constituents and effective use of defensive facilities on the noted sphere.
