Essay

On the base of complex analysis of Eastern European archaeological sources and exploring interdisciplinary methods carrying out the historical reconstruction of cultural adaptation process of population to environment at the second half of Upper Palaeolithic epoch (18 - 10 thousands years BP). Archaeological sources demonstrate that elements of material culture are conditioned by landscape-geographical situation in which collective of hunters lived. Using ethnographical sources and paleoecological data one can determine economical specialization of primitive population of Eastern Europe. Comparative analysis of different Upper Palaeolithic economical-cultural types from Eastern European territory was held and economical factors that influenced on the process of primitive social development were define. Investigation of primitive art artifacts and material evidences of rite actions proves the connection between economical orientation of population and world-outlook complexes. Process of environmental adaptation comes through economical specialization, changing of social structure, through forming complicated world-outlook ideas.
