The object is a market of debt obligations of Ukraine; a research purpose is development of theoretic and methodological principles of becoming of market of debt obligations and suggestions to perfec of management its different segments in Ukraine; methods - synthesis; statistical; decoupligs; coefficients and comparison; graphic; research results - the theoretic, methodological, scientific and practical aspects of the development of debt market by clarifying the theoretical meaning of that institution and developing recommendations to improve of the management of segments of Ukraine's debt market; degree of introduction - suggestions are utillized commercial banks, public organs and exchange stock in Ukraine; spere of use - Ukraine's economy.
