The economic essence of financial mechanism of commercial bank investment activities is exposed, as well as its influence on the financial results of bank investment performance. There were shown the significance of financial mechanism of commercial bank investment activities for getting investment revenues. The features of financial mechanism of commercial bank investment activities realization are put through in case of resources providing methods using, financial instruments and investment running.The offer of conducting investment processes by special vehicle within the bank that commits submitting to costs and expected revenues are suggested. Hence it has been done, the issue econometric model was developed as well.
