Essay

Operative processeses are in the systems of autotractor’s diesel, which characterizing his technical state and working parameters. Improvement of the diagnostic providing for autotractor’s diesels by the improvement of methods and hardwares for the operating monitoring realization and automation of procedures for their technical state determination. Mathematical design of autotractor’s diesels descriptions, analysis of workings processes, method of material balance, experimental stand tests. Perspective conception for the technical state monitoring of autotractor diesels is grounded in exploitation. Approach of the systems is first applied to forming of structured database in on-board monitoring system for determination and prognostication of the technical state and resource of diesel, diagnosticating of it in two stages is an expressdiagnosis in on-board system and deep automated diagnosticating in stationary system. The method of technical state estimation for cylinder-piston group and valves is improved. The estimation of the technical state for separate knots of diesel got further development. The mathematical models complex for determination of diesel characteristics in exploitation is created, authentications of working parameters and upload level of diesel engines, formings of database and determination of the general technical state of diesel in the on-board system. Developed and made experimental standards of sensors, diagnostic modules, on-board system and stationary system, for measuring, registration of informing parameters and realization of diagnostic procedures. The stand of SDFA-2 is improved. It is experimentally confirmed that the greatest exactness in determination of fuel injection phases is provided by a method with an optical sensor. 6 copies of stationary system for diagnosing are utillized in the research and educational laboratories of KhNADU (Kharkiv). The mathematical model for determination of the operations modes of diesel and offered diagnosticating methods of autotractor diesels is utillized in the educational process of NTU «KhPI» (Kharkiv) at students preparation on speciality 7.092201 are the «Electric systems and complexes of transport vehicles».
