Pushchak S. Insurance of naturally-climatic risks in a plant-grower

Dissertation is devoted ground of theory-methodological suggestions and practical recommendations in relation to an improvement and increase of efficiency of insurance at insurance of naturally-climatic risks in a plant-grower. It is suggested to use the incorporated index for the calculation of amount covered. It is suggested to use for ensuring of agricultural cultures against negative influence of naturally-climatic risks of 50% the insurance productivity. The list of insurance risks is specified in accordance with agroclimatic areas and districts which insurance of agricultural cultures is carried out after. Classification of agricultural risks is improved. The complex program of insurance with such set of insurance products is offered for insurance of naturally-climatic risks. The method of calculation of insurance tariff rate is improved on the basis of found out possibilities of their decline in accordance with the level of insurance coverage of object which is insured. Grounded concept "risk","agricultural risk", " naturally-climatic risk", "insurance risk". The use of game-theoretical model is grounded for determination of structure of sowing areas and sowing of concrete agricultural cultures for the use of method of prognostication of sum of insurance payments. Alternative possibilities of insurance defence of agricultural cultures are offered.
