The dissertation is devoted to encreace of efficacy in diagnostics of myocardial perfusion in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and cardiopulmonary insufficiency using radionuclide methods of diagnostics.High indicators of radionuclide methods in diagnostics of cor disfunction with chronic obstructive disease. The scheme of role and place of radionuclide methods in complex diagnostics of heart in the patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency was developed.
