Aksentyuk M. Formation of adapted controlling system in management of agricultural enterprises

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of methodological approaches to form of the controlling system as integrated whole of functional subsystems on principles of balance and dynamic development. It allows considering controlling as system whole which adequate of native agrarian enterprises strategic development. The principles of controlling system are grounded. Their co-ordination is the base of adapted controlling system formation and complex strategy of enterprises development. The purpose orientation at types and conditions of management is identified. It allows defining controlling functionalities which comes from management tasks, management functions and their influence on selection of controlling objects.BSC for different types of management which allows estimating of economic development of enterprises in complex, their potential opportunities and result factors is suggested. Also it is to be proved that main condition which divides different types of strategy is the level of enterprises adaptation into market.
