Object of research is process of domestic coke-chemical enterprises competitiveness formation. The purpose of work are theoretical substantiation and development of coke-chemical enterprises competitiveness diagnostics scientific - methodical maintenance. Research methods are logic analysis; expert estimations; factor analysis; a method of development taxonomical parameter construction; multiple regressive analysis; a graphic method. Theoretical and practical results. The system of coke-chemical enterprises competitiveness parameters, what connectied quantitative and expert estimations of production competitiveness parameters, enterprise potential and its market activity; scientifical and theoretical approach to domestic coke-chemical enterprises clasters establishment, what allows to supply informative and analytical basis of the administrative decisions acceptance on development of the enterprise activity perspective directions; the methodical approach to diagnostics of coke-chemical enterprises competitivenes, what is caused by express-diagnostics procedures synthesis and complex diagnostics on the basis of the analysis of conformity to the established branch reference meanings are improved. Classification of diagnostics kinds on the basis of existing classification attributes generalization and addition them by form of work organization, time of application during management, direction of results use and periodicity realization of diagnostics; analytical maintenance of diagnostics process, what contain the statistical analysis methods complex, what allow to carry out the qualitative estimation of the enterprise competitiveness parameter are got further development.
