Essay

Object of research is precision electric drive systems. The purpose of research: increase accuracy of speed stabilization in precision low power electric drive systems. Methods of research: the theory of electrical circuits, fundamental theory of the linear and nonlinear impulsive systems, the functional analysis, method of phase plane, operational method, method of Z-transformation, the theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic, mathematical and physical modeling. Theoretical and results: the new model of PWM converter “in big” is offered; the new method of analysis systems with deep PWM is developed; the new model of BLDC motor with considering specificity of the rotor position block is developed; the dependence of regulation error on loading and management perturbations is established; has received further development a method of adjustment fuzzy regulators; precision speed stabilization systems with traditional and fuzzy regulators are developed; the universal test bench for adjustment operating modes of precision electric drives is developed. A subject of research: dynamic processes in precision electric drive systems with PWM and ways of improvement their quality. Degree of introduction: are used in educational process CSTU, introduced in manufacture on JSC «SRI of electromechanical devices», Kiev and are recommended for use in development JSC "Kchimtectilmash", Chernigov. Efficiency of introduction: increase accuracy of speed stabilization. Sphere of use: precision systems of speed stabilization.
