Nakonechna K. The mechanism of agricultural production state support and the ways of its development

The dissertation investigates theoretical and methodical basis of agricultural production state support. Modern condition of agricultural production state support is studied. The methodical approach of state cost distribution for agricultural production is offered on the basis of values of 1) synthetic value of the lands, which includes the value of soil, value of climate and 2)value of production intensity. We propose, with increased synthetic value of lands, state cost to lower, with low synthetic value of lands, state cost to increase. The interrelation between parameters of "green", "yellow", "blue boxes" is revealed for necessary economic environment. The distribution of "green box" payments, directly proportionally to a parameter of arable land in processing, is offered. The value of "yellow box" is corresponded to parameter which opposite to synthetic value of lands and to parameter of competitiveness. Alternative to the mechanism of state support on the basis of indemnification upon 1 percent per sold goods is generated. New methodical approaches of calculation of state support influence on production are offered.
