Kovalova O. The Organization of Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Industry Management

Object of research - process and organization of agricultural environment component management. The purpose of research - the grounding of theoretical and methodical foundations and elaboration of practical recommendations for the management organization of environmental friendly agricultural industry. Methods of research - of scientific generalization and comparison; account-affirmative and statistical; monographic; dialectical; abstract-logical; consequence analysis; system-structural functional, comparative analysis; method of paired comparison on the base of multidimensional scaling; SWOT- analysis; logic-analytical; programming by objectives; logic modeling. Theoretical and practical results - consist in linking research of theoretical issues complex of agricultural management improvement for its environment determination and development of comprehensive approach to environmental friendly agriculture management construction. Realization of recommendations and propositions, formulated in the dissertation, gives the ability to improve the legislation concerning environment determination of agricultural industry; to bring the acting structural and functional organization of agricultural management in accord with requirements of environment determination of agricultural industry; to develop the state program of environmental friendly agriculture development. Scientific novelty - the theoretic-methodological approach to forming of environmental friendly agriculture management is developed; the concept bases of organization of environmental friendly agriculture management are grounded; the approach to elimination of environmental determination state of agriculture is improved; the definition of "environmental friendly (environment determined) agriculture" is formulated. Degree of introduction - the results of dissertation research are accepted to using by Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, National Agrarian Chamber of Ukraine, Melitpol region board of Zaporizhya oblast; are using in study process of Tavria State Agro-technological University. Efficiency - will allow to adopt the acting agricultural management system to requirements of environment determination of agricultural industry and create favorable conditions for environmental friendly (environment determined) agriculture development in Ukraine.
