Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the tasks related to exhaust smoking reduction of automotive-tractor diesels by the ways of applying of the system of automatic fuel-feed regulation under quantity of exhaust gas and frequency of cranked axle speed. In the system of automatic fuel-feed regulation it was created the opacimeter sensor on maintenance of optical channel frequency and electromechanic corrector on the basis of stepper hybrid motor. It was given the scientific credence to electronic fuel-feed regulation under adaptive parameters obtained in accordance with the refined mathematical models of calculation of speed characteristics and transient diesel regimes. Under the results of testing of the automotive-tractor diesel 6ЧН13/11,5 it was determined that at the fixed allowable exhaust smoking level less than 40% and the work retention the fuel-feed regulation under the adaptive parameters reduces the exhaust smoking up to 53,9%, the cycle fuel feeding up to 27,8% and the engine brake horsepower up to 22,3%.
