The dissertation is devoted to the actual problems of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the organization of efficient control by the personnel of the enterprise of tourist business. In the dissertation the theoretical bases of management are investigated by the personnel. The conceptual approach to the organization of efficient control is proved by the personnel of the enterprise of tourist activity. Dynamics of volumes of the tourist services given by the domestic enterprises of tourist business, change of labors productivity of the personnel of the enterprises of tourist business and its labors input is defined. Factors which cause a professional work choice in the market of tourist ser-vices are revealed, dependence between number of the personnel of the enterprise of tourist business and in volume of the tourist services given to it is defined. Dependence of personnel type selection on base strategy of development of the tourist enterprise is proved, the methodical approach to workingout of strategy of efficient control by the personnel of the enterprise of tourist business is added, the methodical approach to an estimation of competitiveness of the personnel of the enterprise of tourist business is formalized, recommendations about the organization of efficient control by the personnel of the enterprise of tourist business on the basis of the developed structurally functional scheme are offered.
