Savchenko V. Developing hammers of feed grinders with the local wearproof cover

The Thesis is devoted to the issues of developing, theoretical, and experimental researches of working preferences and regimes of hammer working details of feed grinders with the local wearproof cover. The presented analysis of the existed construction of the working details intended for usage in the technological process of herbage mixture grinding, conditions of their exploitations and the existed means of strengthening the hammers of feed grinders are characterized. There were determined by the analytical researches the impulse power load that operates upon the hammers surfaces. The preferences of strengthening that become instrumental in selecting the rational scheme of applying the wearproof cover were grounded. Taking into consideration the irregular distribution of intensity of wearing out of the entire mono-metal hammers, there was grounded the working part of the strengthen hammer, that was provided as a three-layer with applying the wear proof material on the side surfaces.The regularities ofwearing out the dynamics as for serial so for strengthen hammers were experimentally examined. Strengthening at the corners of the working plates of the hammers, principally changes the character of forming the profiles of wearing out with widening the blocks of more efficient direct or diagonal strokes. The technical and economic estimation of efficiency in using the locally strengthen hammer working details of feed grinders are held.
