Essay

Magnetic nanostructures are under consideration. The goal is investigate of influence of dimensional parameters of multilayered and granular magnetic nanostructures on their EHF and magnetic features. The magnetic radiospectrometer of mm range has been created. It was found that both the non-resonance and the resonance absorption of mm waves occur. It is shown that dimensional parameters have a profound impact upon the absorption of mm waves and upon the magnetic features of this structures. EHF devices fabrication is application area.
