Essay

Object: process of hydro-jet treatment of materials. Purpose: creation of technologies of the hydro-jet strengthening of the welded connections of low-carbon and low-alloyed perlyte steels. Methods: mathematical modelling, experiment, statistical treatment. Theoretical and practical results: the method of calculation of the modes and saving resources technology of the hydro-jet loading of joint connections of low-carbon and low-alloyed perlyte steels is developed. Saving resources technology of the hydro-jet cooling is developed. Novelty: first offered and the calculation-experiment method of determination of the modes of the hydro-jet loading is experimentally tested for the decline of remaining tension. The modes of the hydro-jet cooling of the welded connections of low-alloyed perlyte steels are certain. Results are inculcated in HС "AvtoKrAZ" and on an enterprise the "Dneprodzerzhinsky steel-making factory". An application domain is: industry, which make the welded constructions for which a necessity is for the decline of remaining welding tensions; gas-oil-chemistry and metallurgical machine-building.
