This thesis is devoted to the research of stress-strain states and biaxial compressed reinforced concrete elements strength of design under influence of small cycles loadings on the basis of deformation model.In this work results of experimental research in temporary status and small cyclical loadings biaxial compressed reinforced concrete elements were engaged in and analyzed. The dynamic of the shift in physical state of concrete and armature, tensile shift, area of compressed zone, and neutral line upon such loadings were observed and analyzed.Design method of biaxial compressed reinforced concrete elements were improved under small cycles loadings in view of full diagram of concrete deformation. Comparison of theoretical and experimental data was carried out.
