Methodology and component elements of the financial planning in insurance organizations. Deepening of theoretical principles of the financial planning and development of methodological positions and practical recommendations from the improvement of organization of such planning in insurance organizations. Research methods: dialectical method, method of comparison, historical and graphic analysis. The model of forming of financial strategy of insurance organization which determines the terms of growth of its cost and provides the effective management on a long-term prospect is developed. Recommendations are developed in relation to the informative providing of process of the financial planning at different levels of management by insurance organization for avoidance of asymmetry of information and conflict of interests of participants of financially-economic activity.
