In'shina O. Management of financial flows in the government purchases of grain on the basis of logistic

The dissertation deals with the development of the theoretical fundamentals and reasoning of the methodical recommendations as to the application of implementing of the logistics conception into the system of competitive Government grain procurements. In this dissertation the essence of the logistical concept of management by financial streams in the system of the government purchases. Recommendations are created regarding forming of public policy of supplies of grain in Ukraine, which must be based foremost on traditional principles of conception of logistic and the algorithm of ground of the proper decisions, which will allow to optimize financial streams in the system of the government purchases system of grain. Are improved provisions regarding the conduction of evaluation of the state policy in the sphere of the government purchases, and also methods of ground of logistic decisions concerning the realization of the government purchases in the system of management by financial streams in the fieldof the government purchases, the use of which allows to accept optimum decisions regarding time, place, size of purchase of grain and the rotation of grain reserve. The dissertation continue to develop methodical positions regarding of the balancing of achievement of enterprise aims by the subjects of manage in the chain of supplying of grain.
