Chyzh N. Structuring of joint-stock companies' owned capital

In the Thesis the theoretical approaches to determination of capital essence are generalized. The author's approach to the concept of the owned capital determination has been developed. Classification of the owned capital types has been systematized and supplemented. Internal and external sources of the owned capital forming accessible for home joint-stock companies at the modern stage of Ukrainian economy development have been analyzed. The structural analysis of the owned capital has been carried out, the features of the owned capital forming have been investigated and the specific of forming and usage the separate constituents of the owned capital using the example of joint-stock companies in Volyn region and Ukraine have been found out. The algorithm of model construction for capital structure optimization has been presented. Basic directions for increasing the efficiency of the owned capital usage by domestic joint-stock companies have been determined.
