Essay

Research object - process of development of cargo ports and functioning of their organizational-economic mechanism. Aim - perfection of theoretical and applied aspects of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of functioning of cargo ports, grounds of basic directions of improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of functioning of cargo ports. Methods: economic-statistical, economic-mathematical, calculation-structural, balance, sociological. Results: the organizational-economic model of development of cargo port is first developed, the conceptual going is improved near development of effective organizational-economic mechanism of activity of port. Use: in activity of Kherson river and marine auction ports, in the educational process of the Kherson State Agrarian University.
