Kabaci B. Financial and credit mechanism of government control of the econom growing in Ukraine

Dissertation work is devoted theoretical, methodical and practical research of basic directions of application of financially tax and money-and-credit forms of government control of market economy with the purpose of stimulation of economic development of Ukraine. From positions of approach of the systems the analysis of essence of the economy growing is in-process carried out, the elements of mechanism of government control of dynamics of the economy growing are grouped, the analysis of quantitative influence of separate instruments of state regulator influence is conducted on the rates of economic development of Ukraine. The row of the adapted recommendations is in-process developed and offered in relation to the improvement of basic instruments of the financially tax and money-and-credit adjusting of economic development of Ukraine with the purpose of providing of rates of growth of basic macroeconomic indexes. Considerable attention was spared the study of experience of development of separate postsocialistic countries concerning optimization of regulator influence of the state.
