Research object - processes of development of sphere of services under act of application of forms and methods of government control. Aim - study of features of functioning of sphere of services as subsystems of national economy and forms and methods of government control of its development, development of the proper recommendations. Methods: system, spatial analysis, graphic, analogies. Results: possibilities of stimulation of enterprises which make services are first outlined, strategy of stimulation of development of sphere of services, structure of organizational-economic mechanism of government control of development of sphere of services is improved. Use: at the ground of the Conception of the General layout of Lviv city, in the educational process of the Lviv institute MAUP.
