Object of the research: the processes of between regions redistribution of labor resource and mechanisms with application labor stimulation on regional level and at a level of enterprise. Aim: the forming the mechanism of between regions redistributions labor resource with using the stimulation of the labor and development recommendation for his(its) introduction on regional level. Methods of research: theoretical generalization, theoretical analysis, logician and historian-economic analysis, benchmark analysis, systematizations and syntheses, game theory of the matrix class. Determined: nature intercropping to economic activity, labor transportability and labor migration, regional particularities labor resource. Developed: the mechanism of between regions redistribution of labor resources with application labor stimulate, notion "enterprises which oriented on migration ", system of the stimulation of the labor for enterprises which oriented on migration, social program of the stimulation reemigration in Ukraine, using the factorial method of the economic analysis during estimation of efficiency of the systems stimulation, using game theory matrix class in mixed strategy of multivariate modeling in process of the shaping the mechanism of the redistribution labor resource, recommendations for introducing the models of the accommodation labor resource and systems stimulation labor on regional level and at level of enterprises. Implemented: the organizing-economic of between regions redistribution of labor resources, system of the stimulation of the labor for enterprises which oriented on migration. Application domains: in practical activity of regional district governing the labor and social protection and the centre to employment, agency of the regional development; in educational process of higher educational establishments.
