Dissertation is devoted to the decision of the actual scientific task - increase effectiveness of diagnosis process of computer devices at the exploitation stage by working information technologies of representation and treatment of knowledge on the basis of fuzzy in the expert systems for computer devices. The diagnosis method of computer devices taking into account fuzzy diagnostic information was created. The classification of diagnostic signs of failure by taking into account level their visual demonstration was perfected. The method of assessment of operating benefits diagnosis expert system on basis of fuzzy was take further development. Working information technologies stand on the basis of created diagnosis expert systems for computer devices construction with fuzzy logic. The information technologies is implement increase of trustworthiness and effectiveness of diagnosis process for computer devices at the stage of exploitation.
