Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of problem of providing intelligent decision support for efficient-duty services. The decision support system for efficient-duty services is developed. A conceptual model of process of decision's acceptance by the efficient duty officer, new formalized descriptions of models of tasks, which results are drawn by the efficient duty officer at acceptance of decisions, new methods for deciding of the marked tasks, which are based on the artificial neuron networks is developed. A method of evaluation of efficiency of decisions is improved. The basic results of work found the practical application on enterprises, where efficient-duty service is, in the scientific researches and in the educational process.
