Object: operational activity of the enterprises of the urban electrotransport and incomes and costs, connected to it. The purpose: development of theoretical, methodical and organizational bases of the account, analysis and internal control of operational activity of the enterprises of the urban electrotransport according to modern requests of a control system. Methods: the analysis, synthesis, grouping, comparison, abstracting, concrete definition, documentation, formalization, modeling. Results: development of the offers for overcoming unprofitableness of functioning of the tramway and trolleybus enterprises in market conditions. Novelty: is justified the optimum system of the account, analysis and control of operational activity tramway and trolleybus enterprises.The results of research are introduced into practical activity of the city electric transport and in educational process.
