Intellectual information technology of diagnostics of the technical state of buildings. A purpose of work is development of intellectual information technology of diagnostics of the technical state of buildings, which will allow to promote efficiency of process of inspection and improve quality of making decision in relation to safe exploitation of buildings. Research methods: analysis of the systems, mathematical design, structural design, expert estimations, unclear plurals. Scientific results: the set-theoretic formalized description is first developed on the basis of the use of models of basic structural elements of building, model of expert evaluation of diagnostics of the technical state of buildings, models and the methods of diagnostics of the technical state of buildings are offered on the basis of vehicle of fuzzy logic, the mathematical model of determination of the state of building is improved on the basis of research of separate constructions, got subsequent development conception of management information and diagnostics of the technical state of buildings technical service. Introduction: in research works after themes there is the «Scientific analysis, estimation of the technical state and passport system of buildings of institute of hydrobiology of the National academy of sciences of Ukraine» (№ 0106U011269), «Scientific analysis, inspection and passport system of the technical state of building of institute of world economy and international relations of the National academy of sciences of Ukraine» (№ 0106U005485). The branch of use is management of bankruptcy liquidation projects of different Ukrainian branches. A sphere of the use is a leadthrough of diagnosticating of the technical state of buildings the specialized organizations which are engaged in the inspection of different complication.
