Pashkovska L. Administrative regulation of ship suppliers’ activity

The dissertation is devoted to the integrated study of administrative regulation of ship suppliers’ activity. The author gave the definition of administrative regulation of ship suppliers’ activity as orderly, focused on the impact of state public relations in the sphere of organization and activities of ship suppliers, and the essence of which stem from its interdisciplinary nature. The author reached the conclusion that public administrative authorities make supervision in relation to the activities of ship suppliers, which is defined as a kind of state management activities carried out by special bodies of the state executive branch regarding organizational insubordination business entities – Ship Suppliers. The author defined notion ship supplies to the ship as goods or items to be supplied for use exclusively ship, crew and passengers, whether sold on the ship these products or not. Ship supplies were classified on various grounds.
