Kaminsky A. Becoming of local militia in the conditions of reformation of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of process of becoming a local militia in Ukraine takes the proper home and foreign experience into account, existent international and law standards, necessities of person, societies and states in the sphere of right protection. On the basis of conducted research basic tendencies of law enforcement bodies reformation are determined, necessity of input of local militia in the system of local self-government, its organizational structure, task, forms and directions of activity, status of its workers and others like that is characterized. The competitor formulates the concrete suggestions and recommendations on bringing in the active legislation of Ukraine amendments and supplements, directed on perfection of order of organization and activity of subdivisions of local militia in the system of local self-government.
