Pyvovar Y. Legal-organizational fundamentals of co-operation between militia and bodies of finance control

Thesis is dedicated to organizational and legal issue of co-operation between militia and bodies of finance control. Question about definition of role and place of militia in state finance control system is examined. Special attention in the thesis was given to peculiarities of co-operation between militia, Accounting Chamber and State Control-Audit Service of Ukraine, types and levels of principals and forms of interaction were defined. Foreign experience of co-operation between law-enforcement bodies and bodies of control in process of implementation of finance control was examined. The necessity of foundation of integral data bank about misdemeanors and criminals in economics for both law enforcement and state controlling bodies is rationalized. It is suggested to set up finance controlling department in the Ministry of Internal Affairs structure with the purpose of implementation of finance controlling measures according to order of operational-investigating services departmental of militia and other law enforcement bodies.
