Purpose: development and development of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations from the improvement of organizational-economic mechanism of process control of restructuring of shipbuilding enterprises and providing of his efficiency. Object: processes of restructuring of enterprises of shipbuilding in the conditions of integration of Ukraine in the world economic system. Object: aspects of forming of the organizational-economic providing of rise of efficiency of restructuring of shipbuilding enterprises. First: the developed case frame by the process of restructuring on the basis of monitoring of efficiency of restructurings measures. It is improved: determination of indicative indexes of restructuring of shipbuilding enterprise; process of systematization and choice of theoretical and methodical approaches to determination of integral estimation of efficiency of restructuring of enterprises; mechanism of determination of degree of influencing of macroeconomic factors and world state of affairs of market of shipbuilding on conducting of restructuring of enterprises of shipbuilding complex.
