The thesis deals with the scientific and theoretical basis and practical recommendations concerning the choise of efficient sytstem for property risk protection by metallurgical enterprises. In this work the idea of property interest protection as component of enterprise economical safety is developed. The theoretical approaches and classification methods of property risk managing subject from the position of its influence on the efficiency of property risk management are investigated. The theoretical bases of modelling an economic-organizing system on property risk protection are generalized and the stages of construction the system are elaborated. The criteria and methods of establishment the property risk protection variants are defined and substantiated. The methodical bases of calculating the charges on forming the mechanism allowing property risk protection of the enterprise are developed. The models of reduction the charges on property risk protection of managing subject are proposed.
