Borko Y. Financial mechanism of intellectual property management

As object of research managerial processes by intellectual property in the conditions of transition of economy of Ukraine to innovative model of development act. A research objective is the theoretical substantiation and working out of methodical positions and practical recommendations about formation and development of the financial mechanism of management by intellectual property. Methods - a dialectic method, methods of the concrete and abstract, logic and historical analysis and synthesis, methods of modelling, forecasting, economic-statistical methods. Results: conceptual bases of formation of model of transformation of intellectual property in an innovative product; the author's approach to formation of structure and elements of the financial mechanism; structure and elements of a financial policy of management of intellectual property; mathematical industrial model of definition of a constant gain of technical progress at intellectual property use; models of elements of financial maintenance andfinancially-legal regulation; strategy of development of the financial mechanism of management by intellectual property. Novelty: for the first time conceptual bases of formation of model of transformation of intellectual property in an innovative product as consecutive innovative process of transformations are developed: scientific idea, a right protection, an estimation, profit reception, the taxation; the author's approach to formation of structure and elements of the financial mechanism taking into account financial maintenance, legal regulation and financial tools of management is offered by intellectual property; the structure and elements of a financial policy of management is improved by intellectual property and its interrelation with other directions of a financial policy is defined; mathematical industrial model of definition of a constant gain of technical progress at use of intellectual property also are received it indicators; models of elements of financial maintenance and financially-legal regulation which prove a choice of structure and structure of financial resources; has received the further development theoretical deepening of the maintenance of such concepts as "the financial policy of management of intellectual property", "the financial mechanism of management of intellectual property", "the intellectual property market"; strategy of development of the financial mechanism of management by intellectual property in a direction of economic-financial growth, perfection of a modern infrastructure of innovative activity, development of scientifically-economic potential, working out of mechanisms of reorientation of investment streams and a supply with information of the financial mechanism of management of intellectual property.
