Object of research are processes of a choice of decisions in regulatory to the politician of the state on the basis of the constitutional norms. A research objective is the substantiation and working out of theoretical bases of a rational choice of decisions in regulatory to the politician of the state in development of economic relations in Ukraine. Methods - a dialectic method, methods of the system organisation of economic-legal processes. Results: the concept of the constitutional regulation of economy; information-analytical basis regulatory politicians of the state on the basis of the constitutional norms; definition of the constitutional economy as scientific direction; distribution of powers between the state and regions on a basis tools; criteria of an estimation of procedures of a rational choice of decisions in system of formation of economic and constitutional interactions; system of legislative initiatives of formation of the constitutional norms.
