Essay

Charge material briquetting process in the roller presses. Development of the scientific-grounded methodical base on the decision of parameters of roller presses taking into account the structural features of shaping elements. Physical design, statistical treatment of results of researches, method of mathematical design, method of finite elements, press equipment, roller presses. Created a computation vehicle which allows complex to walk up to the choice of configuration of shaping elements of roller presses, that allows, to estimate and analyze influencing of configuration of shaping elements on the character of compaction of charge, power-forces parameters of briquetting, durability and qualitative picture of tire’s wear estimation. This vehicle allows not only to expose and remove the lacks of existing shaping elements, but also model new, deprived of these failing. It is inculcated. Metallurgy.
