Yakovleva N. Enhancing the management mechanisms for state corporate rights in Ukraine

Object of research: process of government regulation of development of corporate sector of economy of Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical ground of ways of perfection of mechanisms of state administration by corporate rights taking into account the modern tendencies of development of market economy. Methods: systems analysis, unities of history and logical, economic and statistical, ranging and rating estimation. Results: classification of open corporations with the state share of own is offered. Novelty: program-having a special purpose approach to perfection of mechanisms of state administration by state corporate rights is grounded. It is inculcated in activity of organs of power of the Kharkiv region for perfection of management by state corporate rights. Areas of use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
