Daudova G. Formation and Realization of the State Gender Policy in the Ukraine

Object of research: gender policy of the state in the conditions of social transformations. Purpose: determination and theoretical ground of directions of perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of state gender policy in Ukraine. Methods: history and legal, comparative analysis, sociological researches, structural-functional and psychological approaches. Results: ground of directions of perfection of mechanisms of state regulation of gender policy. Novelty: social conduct approach to forming of mechanisms of realization of state gender policy is grounded. It is inculcated in activity of Kharkiv regional state administration and Kominternovsky district in Kharkiv soviet. Areas of use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
