Essay

Object of research is the CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system; purpose of the study is the development of grain and real trains and dry mixes getting based on the compositions of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system, for the formation of a given phase composition, structure and the required level of properties in the following circumstances; the methods are advanced methods of research of multicomponent systems as well as a number of physical and chemical analysis methods; theoretical and practical results are that theoretically justified and experimentally proved the possibility of dry mixes production based on the compositions of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system for torkret-masses and concrete, usefulness of aluminium-magnesia spinel in the compositions of the refractory concrete and torkret-masses was confirmed. The technology of concrete obtaining for industrial filling buckets was development and their physical and mechanical and technical properties were determined; novelty is that thermodynamic constants for compounds ofCaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system which were unknown were counted, the optimum parameters for synthesis of Ca3MgAl4O10 compound were determined; konnodes restructuring in CaO-MgO-SiO2 system were founded; the introduction is the back lining for casting ladle; the field of use is in the steel industry and chemical industry
