Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problems of economic appraisal of marketing programs. A whole the study is systemizing and further development of these problems from the point of view of Business Efficiency and Business Value. A whole methodical approach and the corresponding model of economic appraisal of marketing programs were developed. The model corresponds to the two kinds of enterprise objectives - short-term and long-terms ones. As the next step, a feedback model of control for performance of marketing program was developed. Finally, the set of models of marketing program appraisal was developed under the condition of uncertainty. Thesis results were applied in private company "Dneprtechservis", state company "Yuzhmash", National Metallurgical Academy.
