Object: Process of measuring and estimations for development of norms of marriages of quality at the use of unrestrictive control by a magnetic method. Research purpose: upgrading hobs of cylinders of small engines of ships on the basis of introduction of unrestrictive control with determination of norms of marriages on coercive force. Research methods and apparatus: Combination of methods of estimation of structure, hardness, durability of alloys of hobs of cylinders is executed with the indexes of coercive force (Нс). Theoretical and practical results: On the basis of researches and got dependences of influencing of different factors the norms of marriages are developed for the hobs of cylinders of engines of ships, principles of approach of which were fixed in basis of standard of СОУ 29.32.4-37-532:2007 on the unrestrictive method of control of quality by a magnetic method. Degree of introduction: Developments are the equipments of unrestrictive control of quality inculcated at a production and tests passed on an enterprise - component manufacturer "Motordetail - Praveks".
