Essay

The research objects are processes of origin of refusals, and the connection between the productivity of liquid-packed vacuum pump of milking aggregate and technical parameters. The research purpose is an increase of reliability of the liquid-packed vacuum pumps of milking aggregates by the explanation of their technical parameters. The basic research methods are the applied methods of mathematical design and certainly the element analysis with the use of computer technologies, speed-up resource tests, theory of chances and mathematical statistics. The scientific value consists in subsequent development of theory of determination of the productivity of the liquid-packed vacuum pump, that allowed to set the value of specifying coefficient which takes into account influence of physical properties of material of spinner on the pump productivity. The practical value consists in increasing the reliability and cutting production costs of milking aggregate of MDA-1, developing meth-ods which determine the parameters of the liquid-packed pumps with polypropylene spinners. The economic effect from introduction of research results on one aggregate of the individual milking of MDA - 1 makes 96,67 Uah, with the volume of output of 205 ag-gregates it will attain 20 thousand Uah per year. First in theory it determines dependence of indexes of faultlessness of the developed polypropylene spinner on the thickness of its blades. New conformi-ties to law of origin of gradual deformation refusals of polypropylene spinner are set. The mathematical model of prognostication of re-source of spinner in which descriptions of dependence of deformation of creep are first taken into account from work of pump is got. Subse-quent use of work result can be applied in stock-raising when planning and developing a vacuum system of milking halls, and also in processing and chemical industry when pumping over gases with the use of aggressive liquids.
