Magda S. Ensuring of rights and freedoms and realization of citizens duties in extraordinary administrative law regime situations.

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the problem of legal regulation in the sphere of rights and freedoms' ensuring and citizens' duties realization in extraordinary administrative law regime situations. The thesis ascertains the essence of extraordinary administrative law regimes, international law principles of their use, analyses the legal regulation of extraordinary administrative law regimes in Ukraine. It gives the general characteristics of rights, freedoms and duties of citizens. The work escertains the essence and characterizes the restrictions of citizens' rights and freedoms' in extraordinary administrative law regime situations, determines the peculiarities of administrative jurisdiction activities and realization of proper duties of citizens', examines the problems of citizens' rights and freedoms' ensurance in the course of realization of such regimes. Taking into account necessity of proper ensurance of citizens' rights and freedoms, the propositions as to the perfection of Ukrainian legislation in force in the sphere of extraordinary administrative law regime's realization are suggested.
