The work is dedicated to optimization of the treatment sick chronic acalculous cholecystites , combined with hypertonic disease. In work are brought given complex clinic-laboratory and instrumental examination 130 sick chronic acalculous cholecystities(HAH) in combination with hypertonic disease (GD) from 18 before 45 years. The Installed particularities of the clinical current biliary pathology depending on type of dyskinesee bilious bubble, pathologyst role of the metabolic breaches and change interferon status at intensification of the pathological process in bilious bubble. Patogenetick motivated practicability of the use to combinations cyckloferon, which has not only interferoninduckt but also imunomodulated and counterinflammatory action, and tiotriasolin, which pertains to heartprotect and simultaneously, to leeverprotect, in complex terastump of the sick young age with chronic acalculous cholecystites in combination with hypertonic disease. It Is Noted more quick recovering the biochemical factors interferon status, which achievement reveals itself in clinical plan by rack to full-fledged remission.
