Essay

Object - the pavement concrete based on modified composite cement. Methods - traditional physical and chemical methods according to actual building requirements, methods of linear fracture mechanic, methods of mathematical statistic and experimental planning. Novelty - theoretical and experimental researches dedicated to obtain the pavement concrete. Effectiveness of this kind of concrete is defined by utilization of composite cement that contains aluminium silicate component as nature and artificial pozzolanic material and modified by polyfunctional addition based on surface-active agent and sodium sulphate. Particularities of genesis, state and composition of paste matrix and behaviour of porosity provide the enhanced building-technological properties as well as durability of developed pavement concrete. It is detected the structural-physical and physical-mechanical properties of developed concretes corresponding to building requirements that is raised to pavement concrete. Strength and energy characteristics of cracking resistance for developed concretes with optimum compositions are researched by methods of the linear fracture mechanic. The results of the work are introductioned at the installation of bases for rigid pavement of the highway М18 km 39+190 in Charkov's district and М07 km 125+00 - km 131+200 in Zhytomir's district. Technical-economical expedience of the developed pavement concrete is defined. Industry is building.
