Dissertation is complex research of organization questions of activity of the public formings from public law and state boundary enforcement in Ukraine in relation to providing of the proper public peace and public safety. The analysis of current legislation and practice of the legal adjusting of functioning of the public formings is conducted from public law and state boundary enforcement from law-enforcement conducting measures. The basis of analysis of normative regulation of the indicated public formings and their members, realization is given them by the current Legislation. The basis of research of legislation is developed in relation to the improvement of adjusting of activity of the public formings from conducting of public law measures and state boundary enforcement by development of new or making alteration to the laws in force, acts of government of Ukraine and other normatively legal acts.
