Goshtinar S. Legal Regulation of Condact of the State Landed Cadastre in Ukraine

Dissertation is the completed advanced study, first in Ukraine complex research in science of the landed right, devoted comprehensive theoretical development of questions of the legal regulation of conduct of the state landed cadastre. The features of the legal regulation of conduct of the state landed cadastre are probed in work. The historical aspects of the legal providing of conduct of the state landed cadastre are analysed. Concepts and aims of the modern state landed cadastre are probed. Principles of activity, related to the conduct of the state landed cadastre are studied. The making lists of the state landed cadastre and their legal maintenance are examined in dissertation. The functions of executive branches of power are characterized on the conduct of the state landed cadastre. In the conclusions of dissertation the theoretical results of research are expounded and the proper recommendations are formulated on the improvement of legislation, regulative a conduct state landed cadastre.
