The Dissertation is dedicated to the complex investigation of the arrangement of patrol militia service on the railway transport. In this work system approach to the study of forms and methods of the legal regulation of the activity arrangement of patrol militia service of linear organs have been applied. Analysis of the mechanism of the internal and external arrangement as a complex of special measures, facilities and methods, which have legal sense and are directed to the effective guaranteeing of the protection of public order on the objects of the Public administration of the railway transport have been accomplished. The crux and the features of the activity of the patrol service subdivisions in the sphere of the protection of public order guaranteeing, the cooperation with the territorial patrol service subdivisions and with the railway transport service have been considered. Proposals concerning the improvement of the normative-legal regulation of the arrangement of patrol militia service on therailway transport.
